Wanser, GRI*, President of the corporation and Broker of Record. In the beginning, VII started as a video
production company servicing residential brokerage firms. In 1992 the company became a real estate brokerage
doing business under the corporation name Visual Innovations International Realty, and was on its way to
"reinvent the real estate marketing wheel." Visual Innovations was a pioneer in the visual marketing arena for
luxury market residential real estate, and was recognized in the national media for developing a successful
marketing model for glutted market conditions. Seeing better opportunities in 1996, the Visual Innovations brand
name was changed to VII International Realty to reflect a commitment to the commercial investment, net leased
and multi-family properties acquisition and disposition advisement business in the United States.
The company's financing division helps investors secure a commercial mortgage on all types of single tenant or
multi-tenant commercial real estate property types including: retail, office, industrial, warehouse, multi-family (5+
units), apartment buildings, self storage, golf courses, hotels, mixed use and any other income producing property.
